Prima facie case of Criminal Negligence at HM Treasury

The National Audit Office report on the continuation of eight hundred million pounds worth of ridiculous loans after the nationalisation of Northern Rock, revealed by the National Audit Office, as reported this morning (The Times coverage from here) must surely trigger a criminal investigation.
