FRIVOLOUS MOTION DISMISSED

In our latest news on the Rifqa Bary case, the judge has tossed out the motion her parents filed to set aside the dependency declaration; good news indeed (Hat tip: Extra Thoughts).

That leaves at least two things a problem for now: whether CAIR's agents know the address of her foster home, and, her legal immigration status. Her lawyers are seeking a special visa for this reason.
