WE NEED SOME OF THIS HERE: GOVERNMENT WORKERS GET PAID DOUBLE WHAT THE SAME JOB GETS IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR.The bosses of a number of companies owned by the Dutch state face salary cuts of up to 45%, acting finance minister Jan Kees de Jager said on Tuesday.
Pay is being cut in the executive ranks at seven out of 14 state-owned firms. The head of the local authorities bank BNG and the national lottery, where starting salaries are high, will see their pay almost halved, De Jager said.
