9-11 MEMORIAL FOUNTAIN COMPLETED

The New York Post reports about 2 new man-made waterfall style fountains that have been built at Ground Zero as a memorial for the victims of 9-11, and even the attack that took place before it, in 1993. It's called Reflecting Absence.
