Magna Carta confirmed as in force in England and Wales

   To ask Her Majesty's Government which provisions of the Magna
Carta remain in force in Scotland. [HL2518]

The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Ministry of Justice (Lord
Bach): The Magna Carta is a legal charter which
only applies to England and Wales.
