THEY MIGHT BE VERY WRONG:

Perhaps as many as 3 of the Congressmen who have told the Democrat House leadership that they would probably vote "Yea" only told them that to get the leadership to stop pressuring them, and to get the leadership to schedule a regular vote on the bill and get them damn thing behind us all.
